How many wedding cakes do you do on a weekend?

It will depend on the size of the cakes and the place of delivery, but I usually average two cakes per weekend.

Do you also make sheet cakes?

Yes, but I do not make a lot of them. All other decorators count those in their advertising as cakes completed and boast about them, but the truth is even a newly trained decorator can make a decent sheet cake. I find they take time away from my wedding cakes and I would rather concentrate on the beautiful design of a wedding cake. On a easy weekend, I make them, but otherwise I turn them down. How far will you deliver a wedding cake?

In Indiana I have deliverd from Indianapolis to Evansville and every single city in between and have gone as far as Clinton and Bloomington. In Illinios I have deliverd from Marshall to Effingham and every city in between, including Robinson and Paris. I however mostly deliver to Terre Haute,
