You can design your own desserts. With my experience I have learned that everyone has different tastes and stlyes and that is very important to remeber in this business. That is why my menu is so diverse and features many different tastes and styles. All of these can be combined into one tiered cake. All of the different cakes will be charged based on a per serving basis.

Gumpaste and Royal Icing Flowers

They are a wonderful alternative to silk. The price of these varies, and it all depends on whether I have to make them or order them. I allow a certain amount to be complimentary on the cake, and it is a fair amount, but if the bride wants cascading flowers or flowers around the bottom of each tier then I have to charge for the extras. It really takes a lot of time to make and dry flowers. If we decide to order the flowers, the cost is going to be minimal compared to me making them in my shop.
